It is anticipated that a former quarry site in Scunthorpe will be turned into hundreds of new homes if the local council approves Onward Holdings’ proposed multi million-pound building project that will provide a shot in the arm to the local economy as well as boost the area’s housing stock.
Onward Holdings is offering a prime 15-acre vacant land site on the edge of Scunthorpe, with planning permission, suitable for building a cross-section of light industry, storage and logistics applications.

This newly constructed, state of the art, high bay warehouse facility was completed in late 2019 and has just been sold to Wakefield Council for an undisclosed sum – comprising one of the biggest warehouses built by Onward Holdings.
