Onward Holdings Ltd have finalised a long-term deal with Yusen Logistics at their Cross Green warehouse in Leeds.

Recently Onward Holdings made a significant investment upgrading the facility, located just over a mile from Leeds city centre, to create another high-quality, modern dedicated distribution unit with offices within easy reach of the motorway network.

Yusen Logistics snapped at the opportunity and now occupy approximately 73,238sqft of secure warehouse space. The unit is 12m to the eaves and has a 12-dock loading and despatch area with 15 trailer parking bays. It also has the storage capacity of up to 10,000 pallets in block stack or rack configuration.

The additional yard space at the Cross Green site has a wide variety of potential uses which Yusen Logistics are sure to make use of over their tenancy.
